About Jeff:

Jeff was born and raised in beautiful Tampa Bay, Florida. He knows this area well and has a passion for his hometown unlike any other. He began his career as an Account Executive with the Tampa Bay Rowdies professional soccer team. His method of combining hard work with modern technology was the foundation that allowed him to achieve his goal of consistently being one of the top producer's on his team. While employed at the Rowdies, Jeff also sought training during his free time with numerous mega agents that mentored him in the real estate industry. After his career at the Rowdies, Jeff joined a real estate team as an intern, and began to understand how to service his clients' needs efficiently and effectively from the buyers perspective.

In addition to his successful sales career with the Rowdies, his parents also have strong ties to the home construction industry. His mother is an award winning interior designer and has worked in the Tampa Bay area for over thirty years. His father ran a successful commercial/residential painting contracting business during that time. Growing up in a family with roots in the housing industry reinforced his desire to work in a related field. This desire coupled with his continuing quest to craft his specific areas of expertise, Jeff is committed to both his and his clients' success! Through his extensive training and dedicated attitude, Jeff demands the utmost excellence in all aspects of his real estate endeavors to give his clients the experience that THEY deserve!

About Kenny:

Kenny grew up in Tierra Verde and spent a lot of time on the gulf beaches, whether playing little league or actually going out to the beach. He became a licensed realtor in 2016 after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. While in school, he worked as a driver and learned the ins and outs of the entire city of St. Petersburg. Whether it be the best places to eat, the quietest streets, or the local hidden gems, he can point you in the right direction. His favorite part of this profession is the fact that every deal is different and no two days are the same. He takes pride in being able to find solutions and create win-win scenarios for he and his clients' involved in real estate transactions. Kenny places a major emphasis on individual development and taking the time to do things the right way.

Before starting the HB Home Group with Jeff, Kenny began his career in real estate as a buyer’s agent for a top producing team where he learned the core elements of how a successful team operates at a high level. During his time as a buyer’s agent, Kenny specialized in selling new construction. This allowed him to gain insight into the entire process from finding vacant lots to handing over the keys to a proud new homeowner. He then embarked on a journey as a single agent, working primarily with investors as his top clients. He helped novice investors purchase their first investment all the way up to seasoned investors maximizing the return on their portfolio. He also has experience in property management.
